Michelle is an individual who believes in living in the moment and embracing all that life has to offer. As a mom to twins, she understand the importance of cherishing each moment and making the most out of every experience.

In addition to her work as an educator and life coach, she has spent time volunteering with homeless youth which has given her an even greater appreciation for the struggles that many people face in life. She also volunteers as an “alcohol-free” mentor, a girl scout troop leader, and she teams up with a group of animal lovers that feed and care for feral cat colonies!

Michelle’s  personal experience with dyslexia, ADHD and anxiety has given her a unique perspective on the challenges that many people face in managing their mental health, and she is committed to helping others overcome these obstacles.

When Michelle is not working or volunteering, you can find her spending time with family, enjoying the great outdoors, dancing to her favorite music, seeking out new thrills/adventures, or finding peace through the practice of meditation. Michelle believes that life is meant to be lived to the fullest, and she is truly dedicated to helping others do the same.

Remember…

We are all doing our situational best. It is in the moments when we slow down enough to ground ourselves and truly analyze where we are – AND where we want to be – that we can begin to make intentional shifts in our day-to-day lives that WILL make a difference. These shifts will allow us to find more hope, gratitude, and joy…AND will enable us to TAKE ACTION and create the life that we want!
